Closer by, the Villa Kerylos about a mile away at Beaulieu sur Mer is a must see for anyone interested in the ancient world: it is built in the spirit of an ancient greek villa complete with reproductions of ancient greek furniture. Another local attraction closer by on the Cap Ferrat is the Villa Ephrussi villa and gardens.
As well as the pleasant villagey atmosphere of the Villefranche bay, which is often host to many of the most famous cruise ships of the world, the train provides an easy link to the attractions and museums of Nice.

This studio is located within the old walls of the romantic town of Antibes. The pedestrian area (where you will be staying) is only a few minutes stroll to several sandy beaches, the Picasso Museum and directly across the street from the Provencal Market and scores of restaurants and shops. The large ceiling beams and arched window compliment the charm and character of the area. The port of Antibes with the millionaires boats docked is like walking in a fantasy land. Train and airport access is very convenient. A more pleasant ground floor location would be very difficult to find.

The apartment is of very high standards and is ideally situated on the beginning of Cap d'Antibes just between Antibes and Juan Les Pins. You have a nice sandy beach only a couple of minutes away (<100m) with sun, sailing and watersports. 5 minutes walk to Antibes center or Juan Les Pins center. 100m to boulangerie and small shops with food and fresh bread. 10 minutes walk to the provencal market with fresh vegetables, fish, spices, cheese, etc.
Fantastic sea and mountain view from a 76m2 private roof top terrace. View over old Antibes and Picasso museum. There are also balconies on both sides of the apartment. Total terrace surface of 96m2. Sun all day (incl morning and evening). Chair and tables for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the roof top terrace and the lower terrace. There is also a gas barbeque on the roof top terrace. Apartment (sleeps 4), separate bedroom. Walking distance from Promenade des Anglais, the Old city and the Port. Living room with connecting kitchen area and two large windows, facing south. New and fully equipped kitchen. Linen and towels provided. Bathroom with shower. The apartment is 34 m2 and is located on the first floor (there is a lift). There is a big supermarket (carrefour) further down the street. You can park your car in the street. All our guests have done it and haven't had any problems. There is also a small park close by. The beautiful city of Nice is an ideal location for your vacation getaway. Nice is a Mediterranean city with a rich and diverse past whose traditions are jealously guarded. A truly international city, Nice also enjoys a marvelous climate. The old city, and the prestigious Promenade des Anglais will enchant you.

We like staying here because - : Low cost airlines flying direct to Nice Airport, make this area so easy to get to and with the fast airport bus taking you from the airport doors to within a five minute walk of the apartment in about 40 minutes, the journey is a very easy one. Cannes, maybe manic during the famous Film Festival in May, but for the rest of the year it is a wonderful scenic Tourist centre, ideal both for relaxing on the beach or enjoying the seafront (Croisette), the shops and markets, the old town and the harbour. A few minutes walk from the apartment, the trains and buses take you all along the picturesque coast or inland to the old hilltop villages of Mougins and Valbonne or on to Grasse with its famous perfumeries - and the regular ferryboats from the harbour whisk you off to the secluded Lerrins Islands in no time at all! The pace can be as fast or as slow as you like on the Cote d'Azure!

The apartment is in Cap D'Antibes, between Antibes and Juan Les Pins, 25 km from Nice International Airport, 11 km from Cannes.
The apartment is at the second and top floor of an old villa and it is all furnished (diswasher,washingmachine,tv, linen for beds provided, towels for bathroom provided).
There is a bus stop, a food shop ( fresh bread and croissants every morning) and a bar tabac ( international newspapers), just few meters from the apartment.
Beautiful sandy beach 'Plage de la Garoupe' is at 5 minutes walk. In the apartment animals are not allowed for a problem of allergy.

Cannes - Central Studio close to beaches with garden & parking
Cannes centrally located and well appointed studio apartment close to the beaches of La Pointe de la Croisette and the Conference centre. The studio is on the ground floor of a small block in the only private gated road in Cannes. This affords privacy and peace and gives you guaranteed free private parking outside your apartment. The studio is unusual as it has a large outside terrace with sun canopy and also enclsoed private garden area with palm tree! Perfect for outside entertaining and general relaxing in the sunshine. Studio Apartment rental in Old Nice
My studio in Nice is situated in the heart of Old Nice,a few yards from the beach and the flower market, on the first floor of a 300 year-old-building. It has been completely modernised and although only 19 sq meters it's been a haven for us for the past twenty years.
I have seen lots of changes in Old Nice during that time. Artisan and other similar shops have opened but there are still grocers,butchers bakeries, shops specialising in cheeses and other commodities within walking distance,making life so much easier during our stay.
The studio is to the rear of the building and overlooks a small courtyard, which does not allow any daylight coming in. The view is not great but you are spared from the noise of late night revellers if facing the front.
Each morning, whilst the coffee is brewing, I walk the few yards to the bakery for croissants and a baguette.
After a day on the beach or walking and shopping in the sunshine, it is so refreshing to enter the coolness of the flat.
Although there are cooking facilities, we prefer to have dinner out at any of the many restaurants around the area providing good food at a very reasonable price. It also gives my partner a break from the daily chores! Mind you, we sometimes have a roasted chicken on a spit from the butcher a couple of doors down and devour it with a side salad and wine, of course, whilst watching TV.
I have fond memories of my many stays at Rue Droite.
