A main house with two big bedrooms, a spacious sitting room and dinning room, kitchen and three bathrooms,a very nice veranda and two balconies. b. A really spacious independent studio apartment, with bathroom and kitchennette, a double bed and two single beds c. Two independent small bedrooms (the 'guests rooms') with common bathroom and two beds each.
It is well placed for several excursions: the Sporades islands, Pefki, Limni, Pilion, Halkis and many others.

Situated above a serene cove and secluded beach with crystal-clear waters, our villa has magnificent panoramic views of the Aegean sea and nearby islands.
A ten-minute drive from the airport, and six minutes from downtown Mykonos with its trendy boutiques and exciting nightspots, the villa can accommodate up to 6 people, and is ideal for a small family or group of friends.
There are two double bedrooms upstairs, and on the lower level a large living room, a dining area, a spare room and a fully-equipped kitchen. Outside, there are two sunny terraces, a garden with patio, and a private parking area.
Several exquisite beaches all over the island offer watersports and beach-dancing at sunset, while supplies and supermarkets are available in neighboring Ornos village. There are also daily boat excursions to Delos and other fascinating islands nearby.
Mykonos itself is easily reachable from Athens by ferry or plane. If you want to 'get away from it all', our villa is most definitely the place to stay!

The Old Harbor Mansion - Spetses - (Suitable for Families and Fully Equipped for Babies)
Our family owns one of the nicest traditional mansions in Spetses on the best location of the Palaio Limani (old harbor).
Set on two levels, each level can be rented independently or together as a magnificent whole house.
The Old Harbor Mansion is a magnificent six bedroom housing complex with a long history dating back to the 1830's, restored to perfection, with an unlimited view over the Old Harbor, the Peloponnesian mountains, the Saronic Gulf and the nearby islands. Set in a large garden, surrounded by colourful plants and flowers, paved with slabs and a magnificent view.
Located at the end of a small road and surrounded by traditional high walls makes it very quite and private. The Mansion has 6 separate en-suite bedrooms (3 per level) with splendid views and state of the art living comforts, and can accommodate up to 12 people. The two level compounds (spanning 780 sqm in total) are decorated in exquisite style and character, combining local Greek architecture & modern comfort features. All the rooms have been designed to allow natural light to filter through, and are tastefully decorated and furnished with antiques and traditional artwork.
Spetses is easily reached by daily ferryboat from Piraeus (2 hours by road or sea) and the villa enjoys a prime position, and is only a few minutes walk from the centre of the town (Dapia) and only 20 meters from the sea. In a 2-5 minutes walk you can reach the closest beach, supermarket, and restaurants.
The two levels can be used independently from each other, in essence forming two separate self-consistent housing units each with its own fully equipped kitchen, living and dining rooms.
Fully equipped for babies
Special attention in services has been given for families with infants and babies who would be interested visiting the island of Spetses and staying in The Old Harbor Mansion. Special outfits such as cradle, baby carriage, sterilizer, nursing bottles, bath basin, baby monitoring, beach toys, bicycles, cartoon DVD’s etc are being offered.
There is also a large terrace, a perfect place for children to play and bicycle.
Baby sitter can be arranged on request.
Additional Services
We undertake helicopters bookings which can transfer you to Spetses heliport for your convenience. A helicopter can also be booked from us on your behalf in case you need to transfer with your family or friends to Athens and nearby islands.
We also undertake yacht bookings for six (6) people in case you would prefer to cruise the nearby Greek islands.
