This pleasant, south facing villa has the benefit of receiving the 'Golden Rays' of the sun throughout the day - hence the name 'Oro Rayo'.
The villa is secluded and stands on a large plot of land (1/2 acre)it is situated on the valley side of the Montgo mountain range. The villa is half way between Javea old town and Jesus Probre, in a quiet residential area. Las Palmeras has 5 bedrooms on 2 levels. Each level also has a living room and kitchen.
The upper/main level has 2 double/twin rooms a large bathroom with bath, walk in shower & WC plus an seperate washroom with WC and basin.
The Lower/poolside level has 3 bedrooms: 2 twins with a shower room/WC and a large master bedroom which can be a twin or a king with ensuite bathroom with bath, walk in shower and WC.
The property's 2 levels are connected in typical Valencian style by an external stairway.
There is A/C throughout and all house towels and bedlinen are provided.

Villa in the foothills of the Montgo mountain. Shared pools. Three double bedrooms, two en-suite shower/bathrooms, two twin bedrooms, one further luxury shower-room, two lounge areas, well-appointed kitchen and dining area. As you go out through the doors to the garden there is a covered naya and shaded decking area. The garden, BBQ area and decking area all overlook the pools and gardens with a fantastic view of the Montgo mountain. The villa is part air-conditioned and has a Sky satellite system. There is parking for 2 cars. The villa is a five minute drive from the town of Denia and beaches that stretch for miles. La Sella Golf is 15 mins drive, here you will find an 18 hole golf course designed by Jose Maria Olazabal, the Marriot 5* hotel & spa and horse riding. Javea is approx 20 minutes drive away. If you drive in the other direction, you can reach Benidorm in 30 mins, where you will find Terra Mitica (theme park), Aqualandia (water park), Mundomar (marine & exotic animal park), not to mention Benidorm Palace (cabaret entertainment).

The name, Los Lagos comes from the nearby lake which hold coy carp.
It is six kilometres from the costal resort of Javea, a journey which takes about 15 minutes.
