The apartment is 34 m2 and is located on the first floor (there is a lift). There is a big supermarket (carrefour) further down the street. You can park your car in the street. All our guests have done it and haven't had any problems. There is also a small park close by. The beautiful city of Nice is an ideal location for your vacation getaway.
