Casa Fluvia is a four-bedroom 18th century stone rental house providing comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests. The setting is a typical agricultural village just 5 km from the Costa Brava.

Torroella de Fluvia is a friendly and convenient location for enjoying Catalan village life and walking through the surrounding fields and countryside. The village restaurant features typical Ampurdan dishes at very reasonable prices, and nearby markets and shops offer locally grown produce as well as sausages and charcuterie made weekly on premises.

Adjacent to the Fluvia River, Torroella enjoys access to some of the most attractive and least crowded beaches of the Costa Brava. Also nearby are several protected natural areas along the coastline that are free from the overcrowding of mass tourism. The Dali museum in Figueres is just 15 minutes away as are the bird sanctuary and wetlands of the Aiguamolls, while Girona airport is 25 minutes away.

The house is completely furnished with washing machine, dishwasher and all necessities for a pleasant stay. There is a charming sun room and terrace on the roof level - a perfect place to enjoy the sunny Mediterranean climate. The house has four bedrooms (3 double, 1 twin) with two bathrooms, and the lower floor with its ample entry hall and spacious 40m2 living room has conserved many period features, including arches columns and vaulted ceilings.
