Juan les Pins Studio apartment rental with use of pool Studio Apartment that is perfect for two, but which can sleep 3, in the Heart of Juan Les Pins. Located at root of Cap d’ Antibes, apartment is short walk from beaches, night life, casino, shops, Station, buses etc. Centre of Antibes is a 15 min walk away. Located in very secure and nightly patrolled grounds, apartment is 15 metres from large outdoor swimming pool, use is free, it faces South and being on ground floor, has it’s own terrace. It has it’s own private entrance from gardens (i.e. no lifts or corridors). One side of apartment is floor to ceiling glass window that can be opened fully, it has full width electric shutter. It has colour TV and video player, the kitchen, which is off to one side and separate, contains ceramic cooker top, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine etc. Apartment can be made up with either two singles or one double bed with optional very comfy futon. Bathroom has full size bath with shower. On terrace is table and chairs for at least four dinning. Surrounding areas have wide variety of water sports, nightlife, shopping, historical sites etc. Mountains that are not too far away, have many attractive villages around which some extreme, and not so extreme, sports are practiced. Cannes is ten minutes away by train, Monaco is less than 45 mins. St Tropez 1hr.
