The Lower/poolside level has 3 bedrooms: 2 twins with a shower room/WC and a large master bedroom which can be a twin or a kig with ensuite bathroom with Bath, walk in shower and WC. The property's 2 levels are connected in typical Valencian style by an external stairway. The grounds are private with a beautiful mosaic lined pool,poolside shower, extensive terracing with plenty of seating and sunloungers. There is also a stone BBQ and tables for easy outside dining.
