At the rear of the villa is a large fully tiled, private swimming pool EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOUR USE. The pool has steps at the shallow end and is approximately 1m deep and just over 2m at the deep end. Outside the villa are mature gardens and ample paved areas for sitting both at the front and rear of the villa. Also at the side there is a paved and shady area among orange trees.
